A workout to wake your body up - we’ll start off slow and steady, and work our way through a variety of stability, strength, and cardio movements to warm you up for whatever the day throws your way. All fitness levels welcome. Equipment for class: mat, pillow, 2 light weights (cans from your kitchen will work!).
