This 90(ish) minute class, will start with our signature check-in question circle and reflection time, followed by a 70 minute restorative yoga practice. We’ll being offering supportive hands on touch and massage through out the practice with trained practitioners.

Consent will be asked before the class of where you feel comfortable receiving touch. Class will be limited in size to ensure ample hands on time for each participant. Please bring your own yoga mat and props (if you have them) and dress in layers.
